A Journey Marked by Dedication and Service

I am Davone’a Tashae, originally from the picturesque landscapes of Northern California. My journey is deeply rooted in faith, perseverance, resilience, dedication, and a steadfast commitment to uplifting others.

My transformative path began when I embarked on a transformative path by joining the military in 2012. Over the years, I've served across six bases, embracing roles that have shaped my character and broadened my perspective. I transitioned from a traditionally reserve role to an individual mobility augmentee, ultimately earning an Active Guard Reserve position. Rising through the ranks, I proudly attained Master Sergeant in 2020 and, in 2022, seized the opportunity to become a commissioned officer!

In parallel with my military service, I've pursued higher education, currently navigating the realms of graduate school as I pursue a degree in Business Administration.

Furthermore, I'm the proud owner of The Excellence Academy [T.E.A.]), helping executive administrators and program managers build the confidence, skills, and equity to earn your worth!

Yet, what truly resonates with me is my passion for giving back and creating motivational content as the host of The Conscious Courage Podcast. Guiding listeners on a journey towards inner healing, empowerment, and personal growth. All aimed at helping listeners cultivate the courage to live consciously and authentically.
